Welcome to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. Upon arrival, greeted by the local tour guide and transferred to Hotel. Check in at your hotel. Free and Relax. Then proceed to Water puppet Show.

09:30: Visit the Ho Chi Minh complex, where you will have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh. Afterward, walk around the garden to see the two houses where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969. Next, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy – it is the most unique pagoda in the world. Please dress modestly, covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, temples, and pagodas. Note that Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays. Additionally, Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed for at least two months (from June 15 to August 15) for annual maintenance, but you can still take pictures of the mausoleum and visit the surrounding area.

11:15: Visit the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of the 54 ethnic groups living throughout Vietnam. Special Note: we will visit the Women’s Museum instead of the Ethnology Museum, which is closed on Mondays.

12:45: Have lunch at our restaurant, where you can enjoy eight delicious dishes of Vietnamese cuisine.

14:00 – 14:15: Continue to visit the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam, established in the 11th century.

15:15: Leave for the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, which was originally used by the French colonists in
Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton.”

16:15 – 16:30: The tour finishes. Back to the hotel for an evening of relaxation.

Breakfast at hotel and Depart for NinhBinh 100km South of Hanoi (2.5 hour drive) to Hoa Lu District, NinhBinh Province. Visit the two old temples one dedicated to Dinh Tien Hoang, the only king of the Dinh Dynasty and also Vietnam’s first emperor and the other to the succeeding kings of the Le Dynasty. Afternoon enjoy Tam Coc – Bích Ðong is a popular tourist destination in North Vietnam and part of the Tràng an Scenic Landscape Complex UNESCO World Heritage site.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisure or shopping until check out time, and transfer to the airport with a driver only (no guide) for the departure flight back to your sweet home.
