You will begin your journey early in the morning with a pickup from Coimbatore Railway Station. From there, you will travel to Coorg, a scenic hill station nestled in the Western Ghats, which takes approximately 6 to 7 hours by road. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and have the rest of the evening at leisure to relax and enjoy the pleasant surroundings.
Overnight stay in Coorg.
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will proceed for local sightseeing around Coorg. Your day will include visits to Abbey Falls, a beautiful waterfall set amidst coffee plantations; Omkareshwar Temple, known for its unique blend of Gothic and Islamic architecture; Madikeri Fort, which houses a museum and offers scenic views; and Raja’s Seat, a famous sunset point offering panoramic views of the valley. In the evening, you can explore the local markets for shopping, particularly known for spices, coffee, and handmade chocolates.
Overnight stay in Hotel.
After breakfast, you will visit Honnamana Halla Falls, a peaceful and less crowded waterfall near Somwarpet. Following this visit, you will begin your return journey to Coimbatore. The trip concludes with your drop-off at Coimbatore Railway Station or Airport in the Evening.
